Gitzo Mountaineer Tripod Series 3 Carbon 3532S - 3 section twist locks bought for outright stability. This tripod has the top plate with no column. Columns are the greatest contributor to movement and i worked this tripod for years without the need of a column.

It comes with original Gitzo box, Original packets of Gitzo spare parts new never used includes cups fior the top plate and the PTFE shims for each of the twist locks. I believe you could rebuilt the tripod to new!

Not that it needs it. Plus packet of Gitzo grease. THe tripod can lay almost flat for low lovel work. Im including a Sirui K40-X ball head which is a monster! It works well far better than the gitzo branded heads in my option.

It also has a panorama plate built into base which was incredibly useful. Tripod has never been used in water. Tripod operates well but of course has some marks from traipsing over fields in the dark but tripod has never failed to deliver when used with full frame and monster filter setups to 500mm prime lenses with relatively heavy gimbal heads. The best thing about these Gitzos is that the more you stack on top the tighter the leg twists hold..

So pulling off the tatty old labels and a little clean up is all thats needed. The Sirui K40-X head is an utter gem - i adjusted it to be tight and again, never had a slippage. This setup was used with a leveller for Astrophotography, li flat macro photography, wildlife photography and landscape. It never let me down. Asking a fair price for condition.
